Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Free from stains, perfumes, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on final sale, clearance, or discounted more than 40%
- Innerwear, socks, and customized products
- Gift cards and digital products
Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via:
- Original Payment Method, or
- Store Credit (if you prefer)
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- For defective/damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
