Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
    • Free from stains, perfumes, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on final sale, clearance, or discounted more than 40%
  • Innerwear, socks, and customized products
  • Gift cards and digital products


Refund Options

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via:

  • Original Payment Method, or
  • Store Credit (if you prefer)

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • For defective/damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
  3. Package the item securely and send it via a trackable courier service.
